Our place card styles can match your invite design or compliment your event. Four sizes and three styles. Printed on Satin, Linen, or Opal stocks.

TWO WAYS TO ORDER

1 - UPLOAD your own design: upload a print-ready PDF file, either filled with guest names (eg. 25 guests, 25 pages), or one master page and at Checkout upload your guest names separately and we will populate each card (details below in #2):

2 - BROWSE our designs: choose a design, then upload your guest names separately and we will populate each card (details below):

  • DOWNLOAD a sample Excel file HERE
  • Put your guest names in as per sample
  • at CHECKOUT, upload the Excel file and we will put the guest names on the cards

At Checkout you can also upload a Logo file if needed (PDF, EPS, AI, high res TIFF/JPG). Note that unless your logo has a transparent background, it will appear over the design with a white background.

Get a Print Proof to check if there are any colour, resolution, or file issues with your job. Some products cannot be Production Proofed and final colour may vary between the visual proof and the finished job. (Proofing may add to the production schedule.)
